7-Day Implementation Sprint
Client Acquisition Repair Sprint
Fix the leaks between traffic and revenue.
Your website may be getting traffic, enquiries or clicks while broken hand-offs quietly cost you opportunities. In seven days, Oconcept identifies and repairs the highest-impact issues across your website, forms, booking journey, CRM, email automation, tracking, SEO and paid acquisition path.
Typical investment: €1,500–€2,500 • 50% to begin • Defined scope • No retainer required
Traffic is only useful when the system behind it works.
A business can have a good website, active advertising and plenty of marketing activity while still losing potential customers between first click and completed enquiry.
The problem may be one broken form, an unclear booking journey, missing conversion tracking, disconnected CRM, poor follow-up, weak landing-page structure or several small gaps working together.
The Repair Sprint looks at the acquisition journey as one connected system.
- Traffic
- Website
- Enquiry/Booking
- CRM
- Follow-up
- Conversion
- Measurement
If one part breaks, the rest of the marketing becomes harder to measure and harder to scale.
What I inspect
Website & landing pages
Conversion paths, calls to action, mobile UX, page structure and friction.
Forms & lead capture
Contact forms, quote requests, lead forms and routing.
Booking systems
Appointment journeys, calendars, confirmations and reminders.
CRM
Contact capture, pipelines, lead status, ownership and hand-offs.
Email automation
Confirmations, nurture, follow-ups, notifications and missed-lead recovery.
Analytics & tracking
GA4, GTM, conversion events, attribution and reporting gaps.
SEO & search journey
Technical issues, search intent, local visibility and high-intent landing pages.
Paid acquisition path
Google/Meta campaigns, landing-page alignment and conversion measurement.
This is an implementation sprint, not an audit report.
I identify the issues with the greatest commercial impact, agree the repair priorities with you, and then implement the agreed fixes within the sprint.
Depending on what I find, the work may include:
- rebuilding or simplifying an enquiry path
- repairing forms or booking flows
- setting up or correcting conversion tracking
- connecting forms, CRM and email systems
- creating automated confirmations or follow-up sequences
- improving landing-page conversion structure
- fixing technical SEO issues
- improving local search pathways
- correcting paid-ad-to-landing-page journeys
- building basic reporting and attribution
- integrating APIs or third-party systems where required
You are paying for problems to be fixed, not for a PDF telling you they exist.
Seven days. Defined priorities. Working improvements.
Day 1
Diagnose
I review the acquisition journey, systems and tracking and identify the highest-impact leaks.
Day 2
Prioritise
We agree what can reasonably produce the greatest improvement within the sprint.
Days 3–6
Repair
I implement the agreed website, tracking, CRM, automation, booking, SEO or acquisition fixes.
Day 7
Verify & hand over
I test the repaired journey, document what changed and show you what to monitor next.
The exact work is defined before implementation begins.
At the end of the sprint
- A cleaner customer journey
- Working conversion points
- Better-connected acquisition systems
- Clearer measurement
- A documented record of what was changed
If further work would materially improve the system, I will tell you. Continuing with Oconcept is optional. There is no automatic retainer.
A good fit if…
- Your website gets traffic but enquiries are inconsistent.
- You are paying for Google or Meta Ads but cannot clearly trace what converts.
- Your forms, booking system, CRM and email tools do not work together properly.
- Leads arrive but follow-up is manual or unreliable.
- You know parts of the digital journey are outdated, disconnected or difficult to measure.
- Your business does not need another six-month marketing strategy. It needs specific things fixed.
Probably not the right fit if…
You need a complete company rebrand, a large custom software platform, or a full website rebuild within seven days. Those can still be scoped separately by Oconcept.
Investment
€1,500–€2,500
The final price depends on the systems involved and the agreed repair scope.
50% to begin
50% on completion
- No six-month commitment.
- No automatic monthly retainer.
- No unnecessary software stack.
You may not need more marketing. You may need the marketing you already have to work properly.
If something between traffic and revenue is leaking, I’ll identify the highest-impact problems, agree the repair scope with you and fix what can be fixed within the sprint.
